Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

The ChannelBuzz is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

9. Governing Law
